Please read these terms carefully before using the ku9app platform. By accessing or placing a bet on ku9app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in full.

1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ku9app ("we", "us", "the Platform", "ku9app") governing your access to and use of the ku9app online gaming platform, including the website located at ku9app.bio and all associated services, features, content, and functionality offered thereon.

By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any part of ku9app, you unconditionally accept these Terms. ku9app is strictly restricted to players aged 21 years or older. Registering, depositing, or placing bets while under the age of 21 is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

One Account Per Person

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one ku9app account. Duplicate accounts — whether created under the same name, device, IP address, payment method, or household — are prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances voided.

Accurate Registration Information

You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information when registering your account and during any subsequent KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process. Providing false details, including a false date of birth, is grounds for immediate account termination.

Account Security Is Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and OTP codes. ku9app will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

Fair Play and No Abuse

Any attempt to exploit software errors, engage in collusion, use bots, employ arbitrage strategies intended to guarantee profit at the Platform's expense, or otherwise manipulate game or betting outcomes is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension.

Jurisdiction Compliance

It is the player's sole responsibility to determine whether online gaming is lawful in their jurisdiction prior to registering or placing bets. ku9app makes no representations as to the legality of online gambling in any specific location.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and maintain an account on ku9app, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the period of your account:

  • You must be at least 21 years of age. Proof of age may be requested at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory evidence will result in suspension of your account.
  • You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, automated systems, and bots are not permitted to register accounts or participate in any gaming activity on the Platform.
  • You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, officer, agent, or affiliate of ku9app, or an immediate family member of any of the foregoing.
  • You must not be prohibited from participating in online gaming by any applicable law, regulation, or court order in your jurisdiction.
  • You must register using your own true personal details. Registering on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited.

ku9app reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for doing so.

Age Verification: ku9app employs automated and manual KYC checks to verify the age and identity of all registered players. Accounts that fail verification will be suspended pending resolution. Deposits made on unverified accounts may be withheld until verification is complete.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on ku9app are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). The Platform does not accept foreign currency deposits, and no currency conversion fees are applied to player balances.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

3.2 Deposit Rules

All deposits must be funded from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing times are displayed at the point of transaction within your account dashboard. ku9app reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of funds for any deposit at its sole discretion.

3.3 Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used to make the original deposit, and only to an account registered in your own name. Before any withdrawal is approved, your account must have completed full KYC verification. ku9app reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing for up to 5 business days in cases where additional verification is required. The Platform does not charge withdrawal fees, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.

3.4 Dormant Account Deductions

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months or more. ku9app reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee of ৳200 to dormant account balances. Players will be notified by email prior to any deduction being applied. The dormancy fee will not reduce a balance below zero.

ku9app does not accept deposits originating from proceeds of crime, money laundering, or any other unlawful activity. Any account suspected of involvement in such activity will be immediately suspended and reported to the relevant authorities, with all associated funds frozen pending investigation.

4. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

ku9app offers a variety of promotions and bonuses to registered players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP programme rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual offer, which will be displayed on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is active.

4.1 General Bonus Conditions

  • Bonuses are available to eligible players only and may not be available in all regions.
  • A player may only claim each specific bonus once unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
  • Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts and have no cash value until wagering requirements have been met in full.
  • ku9app reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time and without prior notice.
  • Attempting to abuse bonuses — including through the use of multiple accounts, systematic low-risk wagering, or coordinated betting patterns — will result in the bonus being voided and the account being reviewed for suspension.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before they become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and contribution percentages are set out in the individual promotion terms. Sports betting wagers on odds below a specified minimum threshold may not count towards bonus wagering requirements. ku9app reserves the right to modify wagering requirements applicable to any promotion at any time.

4.3 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses carry an expiry date as specified in their individual terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds that have not been wagered the required number of times before the expiry date will be automatically forfeited. It is the player's responsibility to monitor bonus expiry dates within their account dashboard.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on ku9app are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game, sport, or market. These rules are published within each game or betting market interface and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

5.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets are accepted at ku9app's sole discretion. The Platform reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet placed by any player at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: a technical error, incorrect odds being displayed, or suspected bet manipulation. A bet is only confirmed once a confirmation message is displayed to the player within the Platform interface.

5.2 Palpable Errors

Where a bet has been accepted as a result of a palpable error — including an obviously incorrect price, line, or game outcome — ku9app reserves the right to void the bet and return the original stake to the player's account balance. This applies regardless of whether the error was made by the Platform, a game provider, or a data feed supplier.

5.3 Maximum Winnings

ku9app applies maximum single-transaction payout limits across all games and betting markets. These limits are set per game type and per betting market and are displayed within the relevant product interface. Winnings above the applicable maximum payout limit will be capped at that limit, even if the mathematical outcome of the bet or game would have yielded a higher amount.

5.4 Disconnection and Technical Failures

In the event of a disconnection, server error, or technical failure during a game round or live bet, ku9app will use commercially reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state from server-side logs. Where a definitive outcome cannot be determined, the affected round or bet may be voided and the stake returned. The Platform's decision in such cases is final.

Certain games on ku9app are supplied by third-party providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The rules of those games are governed in part by the terms and conditions of the respective provider. In the event of a conflict between provider rules and these Terms, ku9app's Terms shall prevail to the extent permitted by the provider's licensing conditions.

6. Responsible Gaming

ku9app is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire player base. The Platform provides a suite of self-management tools accessible directly from within the player account dashboard, including deposit limits, session time reminders, loss limits, and self-exclusion options. 7. Intellectual Property

All content available on the ku9app platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the compilation thereof — is the exclusive intellectual property of ku9app or its respective content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, transmit, or in any way exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of ku9app.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

ku9app collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account and using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ku9app implements industry-standard technical and organisational security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and the Platform cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ku9app, its directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

In no event shall ku9app's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ku9app account during the twelve-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. ku9app does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

ku9app reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at any time and without prior notice if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the player has breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or the safety of other users.

Upon termination of an account for breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature and severity of the breach. Where an account is closed at the player's own request and there is no evidence of breach, any verified remaining balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable time frame.

10.1 Self-Closure

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Requests for self-exclusion or cooling-off periods will be processed within 24 hours of receipt. During any active self-exclusion period, the Platform will use reasonable technical measures to prevent the player from accessing their account.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts. ku9app encourages players to first contact the support team at [email protected] to seek informal resolution of any dispute before initiating formal proceedings.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of ku9app to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
